Switching all outside references to playbook to use the interface
bug fixes and improvements made while working on switching to play objects
further work in playbook for switching to play objects and tuning the interface to the playbook
Reverts packets to passing subrole and role instead of play object due to problems in type-casting

finshes switchover in playbook to using play object. switches packets to passing a play object. fixes hacks implemented in Austria by adding appropriate constants. removes unused code. far larger commit than it should be.
Fixed Doxygen to correctly display repository name.
Changed Doxygen config to include all files and classes. Makes Doxygen much more complete and makes the class heirarchy more helpful.
