Label-issues:

It's now possible to specify hidden input value using html_options[:value] as well - for consistency, i.e. avoiding confusion.

Adding spec for passing explicit value to a hidden field.

Enhanced the Rakefile a bit to make it handle missing RSpec dependency errors a bit smoother. Also added support for Jeweler::GemcutterTasks.

Rakefile: Updated Jeweler LoadError-message to mention Gemcutter gem instead on the old GitHub one - to avoid any confusion.

Fixing a Ruby 1.8 bug introduced in on of the previous commits. Specs run and pass on 1.8, 1.9.1, and jruby.

remove fallback text with deprecation warning, we're pre-1.0 and we can do that, right?

renamed test_helper.rb to spec_helper.rb

make the gem install message a little more succinct

created an ugly macro for testing collections

add macro for default collection logic, shifting it out of the collection loop specs

added a macro for error logic specs, which is being called in almost all input specs now, which has beefed coverage right up

trying to move as much set up as possible into mock_everything

renamed input_simple to basic_input_helper

Refactored the code and specs to be more verbose and explicit about the path through the code and which :as options map to which methods inside the code. More to come, but I'm trying to make the code more accessible and readable.

removed some of the specificity from the option group specs so that they pass on my machine and runcoderun, no idea if they passed for the original author, but everything looks okay

Added :group_by option to select input (issue #54)

added Grimen to the README, updated contributors list, etc
