Changes made to stop calling the DADA::Mail::MailOut function so heavily - when you can, the heavy lifting of the subroutine is skipped. There was a note in the code that says, "Split the subroutine HERE", but that hasn't been done, (yet) I've also attempted to change the order in which this subroutine gets called in certain parts of the code, so that it doesn't error out in critical places.
