The PE_Indicator_Branch icon doesn't show up currently. This replaces those icons with simple arrows. To really fix this correctly, we probably need to put notes into some kind of item view and use delegates. This makes them non-inline, but that doesn't matter as the compiler will do the job of inlining them anyways. We don't need kontactinterfaces any more, because the kdepim folks have made it a public API in kdepimlibs. We can simply use the system code instead of keeping our own copy.
