enhancement: Improving Kete's commenting system * Reply link to comments which pre-populates title and tags with comment being replied to. Uses acts_as_nested_set so we can get some comment stacking later on * The replied to comment is displayed the new comment form (for quoting purposed). Haven't included the full description in the new comment description field to discourage full quoting * When a comment is added, it'll now redirect to it using url anchors * When a private comment notification is sent, make it use the anchors to go right to the comment * The comments now contain the date the comment was created.
