Leave out the methodcode check when discovering properties--it's OK to 
have custom method code, since we just delegate to the SIP implemenation 
anyways.

Took a different approach--generatePropertyHandler is now its own function 
entirely separate from generateVariableHandler.

setters are 90% there but I think I need to store overDef pointers instead 
of just names--it looks like some Get/Set pairs have different signatuares 
and I want this to work
