setup repair step is now sort of broken (gives error that service is 
already installed)

The SQL Server 2 Growl bridge is a tool to send notifications from SQL Server to Growl. 
It consists of SQL Server code (a queue and two stored procedures) and a C# NT Service 
to pickup the notifications from the queue. The C# service will forward the notification 
Growl.
