In that case you have an event identifier to relate the callback to; that's not the case with browseAlbum since there's just one callback.The names "done", "on" and "block" are all obscure in their meaning: name your variables what they are or do and pick the most descriptive name.

Pick one of the words done or complete, use the word block if it's "more Cocoa": browseCompleteBlock. (I like to prefix callbacks with on: onBrowseComplete. Sounds JavaScripty.)
