Fix broken validates_attachment_size error message. The min and max values were not being passed to attachment_definitions and thus were not available for :min and :max string replacement when the error message was built, leading to spaces rather than byte values for :min and :max.

active_merchant's description:

Fork focusing on 3D Secure support for Active Merchant. Note: Rebased with Shopify/active_merchant after 2.23 gateway changes were applied, which required a forced push. Moral of the story - never work in the master branch, especially when you are creating patches that squash commits.
