Updated locale files

Implemented JavaScript I18n using the babilu plugin. Moves the JS error messages from application.js to the locale's .yml file where it belongs

Fixed 500 server error when going to /users/:id

Redoing accidentally removed commit. Now will automatically scroll edit task and add new task form into view.

Added error checking on stopping task timer

Moved error display into one function. Added error checking to task deletion.

Added error checking on task completion. Modified PUT and DELETE operations to accept a failure callback.

Added error checking on saving edited tasks. Moved error messages to top of .js file for easy management (and modifying it to work with I18N)

Finished cleanup of application.js for tab characters and formatting consistency.

Started implementing better error handling on AJAX requests. Now will show user error if they have been logged out or some other server error has occured.

Cleaned up some spacing in the application.js file (some lines were tab-indented)
