  Installing

On XP systems:
  
  Rename
  C:\Program Files\Cumulus\web
  to
  C:\Program Files\Cumulus\OldWeb
  
  Copy the web folder in this download to
  C:\Program Files\Cumulus\web
  
  Start/Restart Cumulus
  
On Vista systems:

  Rename
  C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Cumulus\web
  to
  C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Cumulus\OldWeb
  
  Copy the web folder in this download to
  C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Cumulus\web
  
  Start/Restart Cumulus

  Out of the box the theme comes with a logo for "Oxford Weather Station" you can change this by creating a new logo the 
  whole theme is included in Adobe CS3 PSD format.
  
  Its also been made simple to create a background image by using the background.psd file.
