Am I missing something or is the volume increment option missing?

In the hotkey page you can add a hotkey for your volume up/down keys, and then set the action to be "increase volume by 1 increment", which is what I've done.

@garyking is right, this option got moved to the hotkeys tab (whereas in v2.5 it was a separate option).
