Doh! just read the comments, I see that you’re trying to do just what I said.

How about something like:

`#{ree_install_dir}/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/passenger*/bin/passenger-config —version`

Just got bit by this not being 2.2.0, I wonder if there is a way of either passing the version to the passenger gem install, or introspecting the version that was installed and using that.

I’m not too sure how this will go, there are some conflicts between mod_rewrite and passenger.
