Added some basic styling to admin tables and fixed XHTML validation errors

this tidies up various bits of the feather core code, and tries to employ 
a few common usage patterns across the codebase; also adds a few new event 
hooks, and gets all the current specs working, as well as adding a few new 
ones to kickstart the spec writing process

added a couple of new view hooks, allowing content to be added before the 
first article in the article index, and after the last article (the 
context of the first/last article is passed to the view)

tidied up view hooks, added a "between_articles" hook to allow views to 
have context containing both the previous and next articles in a list; 
also added events for post-processing, although they are not enabled 
because of an issue with caching

renamed database config to sample config, so that git pull can work on

cache if they have registered views, to ensure that the blog stays up to

split out the download of plugins for before_save, with the 
loading/installation of plugins after_save, adding error trapping and 
rollbacks if the plugin load/install fails
