[0.0.3] - added aliases to default Hash methods in case they might be 
useful, [] no longer returns a Mash if the key is missing, cleaned up the 
code in several places, added Hash#to_mash in preparation of Merb patch 
request.

Adding bang method support for multi-level assignment. Hash conversion now 
calls methods instead of []= for overridability.
