Add Sync Theme to local copy functionality #8

A way to select folder (would imagine most common use is Asset & Template folders) and Push that to store - so, any assets deleted from local working copy would be deleted from the remote.
and, by extension can add a Replace all command (inverse of Download Full Theme)

Ok, don't haven't added sync functionality, but there is now a remove asset command to remove from shopify server.
Sync will still come, but for now, this should help.

coo. let me know if you think it would be handy to have it delete the file locally when you run the command. would be an easy tweak to make.
