Will Paginate can generate an HTML ID for the pagination container 
automagically when you specify `:id => true`. For example, paginating 
ArticleComment models would yield an ID of "article_comments_pagination".

previous/next remain) or the DIV container (if the user is rolling out his

Will Paginate: add support for custom renderers. Polish the API for 
WP::LinkRenderer a bit. README tweaks. Link to page 1 finally gets the 
"page=1" parameter, there was too much trouble in various cases when it 
was ommited. [#157 state:resolved]

Will Paginate BACKWARDS INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: POST parameters are no longer 
preserved in pagination links. Parameters are only preserved for GET 
requests (typical usage is a web form for displaying filtered data). 
However, there is a mechanism for tampering with link parameters: the 
`params` argument to `will_paginate` helper. (Refer to the RDoc for 
usage.)

WillPaginate: add :param_name option to enable overriding the page 
parameter name when calling the will_paginate helper. Of course, this 
defaults to "page" like before. Also add 
test_will_paginate_preserves_parameters to prove that #65 is invalid.

Will Paginate: save global defaults for view helpers in easily accessible 
WillPaginate::ViewHelpers.pagination_options hash. This makes it easy to 
override global defaults, for instance to localize previous/next page 
links. This new feature helps you to stay DRY in your views and use the 
will_paginate helper without repetiton throughout your app.

first_index is renamed to "offset" again, makes more sense. Collection 
gets previous/next_page methods which return integer or nil. Small 
refactoring of will_paginate render code.

Slight finder rewrite (yeah, again ^^). PaginatedCollection is now 
Collection and no longer only a proxy, but a real Array subclass. That 
cleans things up quite a bit! I'm clearing the way for more view helpers. 
Also, SEPARATOR constant is added to act as a default separator for page 
numbers. Initially it is a single space, which kinda reverts [207] (sorry 
PJ!).

Page link for page 1 doesn't render with :page parameter anymore. This is 
because 1 is the default page number anyway and we want to avoid 
'/something/' vs. '/something/?page=1'.
