Made the boot process only require unique paths (to prevent loading hooks 
twice, for instance).

Made hashes returned from loading configuration files Mashes in order to 
allow indifferent access (since YAML and JSON won't know a difference 
between strings and symbols).

Updated application initialization to use the new configuration system by 
default (making application configuration by default Ruby and not YAML).

Response helpers now support headers. This included a very comprehensive 
overhaul of how response values are handled from actions to allow for just 
returning the data to be returned where the application will format it and 
respond correctly. [#45 state:resolved]

Changed how the dispatch time being faster than the system clock usec 
problem is fixed by simply recording the total time as 0.01 seconds 
instead of actually slowing down dispatch.

Bug with loading initializers and the glob being spcified wrong (as string

old configuration directives. Updated specs to reflect internal changes.

Made exceptions that inerit from Halcyon::Exceptions::Base not require the 
status code as the first parameter (and removes it completely, in fact). 
The only argument when raising these exceptions is the body text. [#49
