Piston::Commands::LockUnlock#run accepts both the wcdir and lock/unlock 
state as parameters.

No more warnings during test running: set warning to false.  New 
test:recent task.  Default test task runs unit then integration tests.

Repositories know what 'type' of repository they handle, ie 
Piston::Svn::Repository handles 'git'. When don't know how to handle a 
repository, suggests to use --repository-type and gives valid types.
