By default a video is encoded to all profiles. We should allow the client app to set which profiles they want a video to be encoded to when the video is created via the API.

I've seen it in the encoder.rb TODO, but let's make it happen!

Backslashes used in the filenames of videos uploaded from a Windows machine are escaped incorrectly.

We should only take the last part as the filename.

The require_login function in application controller does not state a list of return formats, and so the videos controller cannot return YAML or XML. This affects the master branch of panda, and is broken in the default Amazon AMI.
