oatlib is a javascript library. Its suitable for production level cross browser projects as well as server side and 
other non browser environments. oatlib can't collide with other javascript libraries, so you can use it along side 
anything else. oatlib has a lot of tests and works in ie 6, ie 7, ie 7, firefox, safari and others. In this wiki I
