<message>add 6 example bitstreams

Add bitstreams to the test data folder so people can more easily test
the driver. Bitstreams include a Brock Conference Card, an EB Edge
card, two M&M Meat Shops MAX cards, a Petro Points card, and a Starbucks
card.

Add a note to the README describing the test_data folder.</message>
