This directory contains the Sequence Arithmetic Framework.

    The Sequence Arithmetic Framework is free software.  See the file
COPYING for copying permission.  See the file INSTALL for installation
instructions.

    Sequence was developed at Enbridge Pipelines Inc. by Perry
Kundert, but he was not the first to discover a more sensible way to
handle sequence numbers, than that described in RFC 1982...
