A tool to generate splash screens
splashtool generates splash screens in a custom format with support for compression and most common pixel formats. It also support rotation and swapping of color components.
To compile gcc 5.X.X+ (on Windows use MinGW-W64) is recommended. If you have that installed just type make.
You may use this under the terms of the GNU General Public License GPL v3 or under the terms of any later revisions of the GPL. Refer to the provided LICENSE.txt file for further information.
