updated basic.adf.xml sample ... stupid thing isn't valid!  and it's the 
first example in the ADF spec!  a <contact> requires a phone OR an email, 
and the <vendor><contact> had neither

re-added validatable module into Prospect ... not currently using, but 
just so i don't forget to re-add later and go crazy wondering why 
validations won't work

figured out a good way to get classes working with and without 
activerecord ... specs still passing and everything ... also implemented 
ADF.load_models for loading up the ADF object as ActiveRecord modelks

removed Lead because really a Prospect is the highest level object and 1 
'Prospect' == 1 'Lead' ... a Prospect _is_ a Lead ... also, got it working 
so it _actually_ parses the date, but it's a bit sloppy ... yet, not 
terrible ... it'd like .from_adf to always allow text ... but i'm not sure 
how that should work ...

got 2 specs passing - total hacks, don't actually read the xml, but it's a 
start ... my biggest problem is still trying to figure out how i want to 
use these models/objects as EITHER vanilla classes OR activerecord 
database objects ... i'll figure it out ... for now i'll just use 
Validatable normal classes and i'll make it support ActiveRecord when 
needed

got XSD validation working like DTD ... you can even run both DTDs _and_ 
the XSD by: $ adf validate -adx sample.adf.xml

working on getting XSD working ... moved all current samples into a valid 
sample subdirectory so i can have valid/invalid directories of samples so 
i know what should and shound't validate

'improved' DTD was requiring vendorname as a part of vendor ... it's good 
to have vendorname, but it's not actually required (per the spec)

fixing up DTDs so they actually run ... not tweaking any of their real 
content, just making little fixes ... i really just want them to be a 
backup to help check out object validations anyway (when our objects say 
the ADF isn't valid, i whope the DTDs will say the same ... or vice 
versa)
