Phoenix

One day, I forget when, I had a crazy idea. I wanted to put a blog on Revyver. "Oh hell no," I said, "what about Avalonstar?" Well, Avalonstar is just sort of sitting there right now, but I really didn't want to pile Revyver news on Avalonstar and force people to go to Avalonstar when all they wanted to see was Revyver-related bits and vice versa.

Then I thought, maybe a custom theme. Nah, it'd be too weird. People would be looking through archives on Avalonstar, only to see a Revyver story, click on it and then get transported to a post on the Avalonstar domain that looked like it should have been on Revyver. Confusing right? Well, even if it isn't to you, it was to me.

Avalonstar's logo is an abstract phoenix. Revyver was derived from the word revive which, in a way, is the story of a phoenix's life. If I was going to do a project surrounding both sites, this is the only fitting name (well, so is "Fenix" but, bleh).

A Disclaimer

This repository is open for the sake of openness. In recent months I have been very protective of code from sites that are so close to my heart, but as long as nobody ganks (read: steals) the creative, I'm fine with your eyes gazing upon this.

This is a full project. I don't plan on making parts of this reusable, because frankly, I suck at generalizing. You never know, things may change. Hell, I learned Django when 3 years ago I said I'd never write a single line of code.
