Simplifing Smoke.MockFunction a bit more. Only overriding the name argument if its not given no matter its value.

Changing out implicit blocks for explicit blocks in smoke.mock

Explicitly converting values passed to parseCount to Numbers. Added specs for parseCount. Using === when comparing count. Minor cleanup.

Removing use of JQuery.each from Smoke.Mock.Expectation.stub.

Little bit of cleanup of Smoke's namespace pollution on mocked objects by prefixing Smoke-internal functions with an underscore.

Mocked objects put their original behavior back after each test is ran.

Simplifing Smoke#argumentsToArray

Added Smoke#compare and Smoke#compareArguments. The compare function is similar to Screw.Units equal matcher except it handles nested objects.

Adding core_spec.js to the suite.html

Refactoring the mock should_receive function a bit. Added Smoke.Mock.Expectation.stub for creating the should_receive stubbing function. I think this provides better control over the variable scoping in the stubbed function.

Handling undefined passed as the args to Smoke#printArguments

Using the printArguments core function to print the arguments in the Mock#methodSignatures function.

Abstracted out the argument printing code into a printArguments function in the smoke core.

Improved Smoke and Screw.Unit integration by having Smoke check expectations and reset mocks automatically after every test is ran.
