There are many nice Ruby on Rails tools out there, but unfortunately they are all provided as service which doesn't really allow it to be used as enterprise (who will want to expose your internal enterprise systems to Fiveruns or something like this). So the idea of this project is to develop extendable RoR application server that will allow enterprise quality deployment and management of your Ruby on Rails servers. Licensed under AGPL (Affero GPL). Licensing will very likely to change as soon as I realize where the project is going.
