Pass the options back in unadorned.  At least allow the user to specify 
caching behaviour themselves, even if we're not being smart about it.

Namespace those methods a little better.  They were overly generic for

It might work with the test suite, but it's not going to work in reality 
unless you incorporate the helpers into ActionView::Base...
