updated performance-scripts. will now cache db-dump for faster 
initializing if accepted, and display the results so that its easier to 
compare with AR. You can now also specify number of times to run with rake 
dm:perf x=(times). Depends on rbench: sudo gem install somebee-rbench -s

Got rid of Adapter #read_one. #read_set now returns the LoadedSet. This 
will allow for eventual "lazy kicker" optimizations. Also added 
#create and #update benchmarks.

Resource::get wasn't finding matches in the IdentityMap because the key 
wasn't normalized to an Array. Fixed that. Much faster. Included latest 
performance runs.
