Add Table which will be the abstraction which stores everything (the monomes are placed on the table). Also move surface handling mechanism to a new abstraction - the carousel. Each monome now has a carousel which represents the surfaces.

Completely repurpose Rack to be an Application collection (rather than Monome VM collection as originally envisioned). Move all application 'global behaviour' into Rack.
