Fixed links creation in annotations.rb In method annotations.rb:annotate a reference identifier was used instead of the actual reference. The links in generated pdf weren't working. Remove Prawn::Reference on_encode block argument, in favor of a new, more flexible callback system. Closes #56. Added a callback system Prawn::Document::Internals#before_render(&block), which accepts a Proc to be run after all objects are finalized, but before anything is rendered to the output stream. This removes the need for the on_encode Proc argument to Prawn::Reference, so that argument has been removed. Since we are no longer storing Procs in references, this closes issue 56. Include all procedure sets (need to be in resource dictionary) on every page. Per PDF reference 1.4 section 9.1 note: Beginning with PDF 1.4, this feature is considered obsolete. For compatibility with existing viewer applications, PDF producer applications should continue to specify procedure sets (preferably all of those listed in Table 9.1, unless it is known that fewer are needed). Defer finalizing the page_content refs until the document is rendered. Closes #54. This is essential for documents that reopen pages in order to: - Set the correct stream length in the stream dictionary - Make it possible to re-open streams that will be compressed - Not draw the header and footer multiple times if the same page is finalized more than once.
