Only getStoryByTime() for stories more recent than twice the archiving delay (which for Slashdot is 14, thus, the last 28 days). Large commit to fix some HTML rendering errors. These were ignored by most (all?) browsers but were nonetheless errors. This doesn't fix everything but it's a middling-big bite out of Slash's noncompliance with the HTML 3.2 standard.
