Task changes. Some bugfixes in slashd. slashd now also passes a fifth argument to all tasks, $info, which is a hashref whose fields pass data from parent to child. Right now only one field is defined, invocation_num, which starts at 0 and increments each time the child is called. More fields will be defined later. freshenup.pl now uses this field to alter its behavior. freshenup.pl is now called *every* minute, but 2 out of 3 times it only freshens a few top stories and the main index.shtml page (if appropriate). The 3rd time it behaves as it did before when it was called every three minutes, so its behavior should be very similar. freshenup.pl now also limits itself to running for 90 seconds, and updates the most recent stories first.
