added specs and fixed to_ordinalized_s + moved away from constants and 
used class variables instead. (so they can be over written and don't get 
instanced if the module isn't used)

updated merb_datamapper to work with latest dm-core (changed ::Base to 
::Resource) and updated the resource generator to correct syntax 
Model[params[:id] instead of Model.first(params[:id]) which does not work

add log_params_filtered controller method to allow filtering of things 
like passwords.  fixed the specs so they'll actually run against latest 
merb even though i didn't fix the tests. :(
