Start to build default style base. Fix multiple class-inheritance issues 
with IE6 (the calendar body is starting to look kind of nice...for IE6).

Make things look a bit better: for WebKit, set the background of the table 
to white; for IE7, use 'col-resize' for the cursor and use background 
images for the start and end of ranges.
