Added exceptions to guard against relative paths. test_git_git tests 
against relative paths. Tests guard against .piston.yml file not 
existing.

Moved responsibility for creating tmpdir into WorkingCopy. Extracted 
common WorkingCopy#update method that uses #do_update as a template 
method. Subclasses must implement #do_update or a NotImplementedError will 
be raised. Revision#checkout_to sets the #dir reader. Both subclasses also 
implement this behavior.

rake test task does not have warnings turned on. Move TestCase.logger and 
TestCase#logger redifinitions into PistonTestCase.

Tests pass. Extracted PistonTestCase class. Added PistonTestCase#mkpath 
method that instantiates the Pathname and invokes #mkdir. 
PistonTestCase#teardown removes any directories created by #mkpath.
