Added a 'persistent' amazon s3 connection config parameter to turn off 
persistent connections if necessary.  The default is the same as the 
default for the aws-s3 gem, which is to keep persistent connections.

Strip images of all profiles and comments by default. This is the same as 
"Save for Web" option provided by Photoshop. Picture quality is not 
affected, but savings are important for small thumbnails i.e. 40kb vs 6kb. 
An option is provided to disable the feature.
