Remove old, deprecated style of calling Array#paginate as "paginate(page, 
per_page)". If you want to specify :page, :per_page or :total_entries, use

method_missing_with_paginate now DEFINES paginating finders on self, then 
calls them. for multiple pagination calls to the same resource, this can 
improve performance since method_missing is never hit

Will Paginate can generate an HTML ID for the pagination container 
automagically when you specify `:id => true`. For example, paginating 
ArticleComment models would yield an ID of "article_comments_pagination".

Will Paginate: add support for custom renderers. Polish the API for 
WP::LinkRenderer a bit. README tweaks. Link to page 1 finally gets the

Will Paginate BACKWARDS INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: POST parameters are no longer 
preserved in pagination links. Parameters are only preserved for GET 
requests (typical usage is a web form for displaying filtered data). 
However, there is a mechanism for tampering with link parameters: the 
`params` argument to `will_paginate` helper. (Refer to the RDoc for 
usage.)

WillPaginate::InvalidPage error is raised if you pass an invalid string,

Will Paginate: add WillPaginate::Deprecation that builds on 
ActiveSupport::Deprecation.  Change Array#paginate API to match 
ActiveRecord::Base#paginate; so you will no longer write array.paginate(1, 
20), but array.paginate(:page => 1, :per_page => 20).  Mark the old API as

Don't guess total count when the result collection is 0. Introduce a 
helper method on WP::Collection called 'out_of_bounds?' that is true when

Will Paginate lazy counting! Counting is done *after* the SELECT, but 
skipped entirely if Finder figures out that this is the last page. We are 
talking about saving us trips to the db here. Thanks, Elijah Miller. [#92

Will Paginate: fix a *terrible* oversight. The call to 'respond_to' which 
is supposed to check for scope_out also preloaded the *whole* association 
collection.

Will Paginate: cleanup finder.rb code. BACKWARDS INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: 
"paginate_active_developers" is no longer translated to 
"find_all_active_developers", but to "find_active_developers". The "all" 
bit is added ONLY in names that are in the form of AR dynamic finders, eg. 
"find_by_something".

WillPaginate: add :param_name option to enable overriding the page 
parameter name when calling the will_paginate helper. Of course, this 
defaults to "page" like before. Also add 
test_will_paginate_preserves_parameters to prove that #65 is invalid.

Will Paginate: in paginate_by_sql, do sanitize_sql before calling 
add_limit on the query string. This is because of SQL Sever adapter which 
does nasty hacks in add_limit_offset and it needs a full SQL string for 
that. Added a bang on wp_parse_options method, also. [Mark Booth] [#60

Will Paginate: put :include back for calls to count() in paginating 
finders because it breaks them if a person relies on columns from other 
tables. Also fix unit tests for association pagination; they weren't 
broken. THE PLUGIN IS BROKEN FOR STABLE RAILS when it comes to paginating
