MountMe - Ripped out a bunch of crap, including the mountup logics.  USE A 
NORMAL MACRO!  MountMe is going to only handle item swapping and perhaps 
selective de-shifting.  2.1.0's autodismount is everything MM's dismounter 
had wished to be.
