Yes, that test fails, but if I wrap my block with "if license.present?" it does not fail. Good work! I'll add that to result_test.rb

I would like to replace the license checking code. Would prefixing it with "if license.present?" suffice?

I did not see the performance issues, perhaps because my tests were not completed and we have not performed a live import based on this code yet. Furthermore, our data is loaded with USAC license #'s based on UsacFile::update_racers.

Working on results_file_test again which will be mostly blank license #s.
