Function to resolve a path lookup as requested by user. Sort options so +/- entries processed before remaining contents of @ARGV. Added support for dir= when directory conflicts with an existing option. Set constraint properly when constraint related option enabled. Updated determine_role to handle multiple group memberships and to fill out group memberships for user if needed. Default to checking for read permissions if constrained.
