adding bbcode to topics/show, hacking up the bbcodeizer a bit to work the 
way punbb does (still needs some work re the white_list plugin and

large checkin from work done in new zealand (taupo), CHANGE - removing 
theme_id from users, putting themes behind check_admin filter, CHANGE - 
anchor link in topics changed to post.id, CHANGE - bans given their own 
table, users can now be banned while logged in, FIX - trying to fix the 
css icon problem with IE using blank html comments, CHANGE - changing css 
for box top from a div to a span for clarity, FIX - start new topic from 
forum view now selects proper forum as default select option, CHANGE - 
breadcrumbs extracted to their own template file (needs more work), OTHER 
- work on importing posts and other stuff, major cleanups, change in way 
ranks are gotten to have less database queries, much more...

adding last_updated_at virtual attribute to pretty much everything. this 
will be used with the icon_for helper so that there's a standard way to 
find out if an item has been updated since your last visit.

a lot more work on importing (topics and posts are left, time conversions 
need some work), making quick javascript links for "start new topics", 
making stats into just posts and users counts and making that a bit 
faster
