Refactored tests to focus more on the workflow of developing an 
application. The specs / tests distinction is gone (for now) because (a) 
the distinction between them is increasingly blurry and (b) we haven't 
really done very well on fleshing out the framework for this anyway. So we 
can just return to the normal conventions and not confuse people.
