 `progress` and `finish`.  the default event is `finish`.  and properties

 into using a timer/idle hook to send the http events through.  i was 
 under the impression that signals would fire in the main thread but no: 
 http://live.gnome.org/GdkLock.

 * shoes/ruby.c: removal of some elements (textblock, image) wasn't being 
 reflected with a repaint.  discovered by jo vermeulen.  to him i say 
 thankyou quite loudly.  oh and his test script also made me reconsider 
 using text contents to determine edit_line and edit_box size.  so, now, 
 only buttons and list_boxes are effected by the length of their message 
 (unless :width is enforced, that is.)

 * shoes/http.h: new `shoes_queue_download` for adding a download to the 
 thread pool.  i'm going to start by just creating a new thread for every 
 download, but the ultimate goal is to go up to (say) 10 threads and then 
 load from the queue as threads free up.

 * shoes/native/gtk.c: scrollbar bug found by cecil coupe.  the trough 
 wasn't accepting clicks.  also set the scrollbars to advance with the 
 page sizes used in the windows and osx code.
