To start up:
 
  $ gem install camping json
  $ camping -h 127.0.0.1 lib/plus.rb

To fill up the `pkg` directory with the basic set of both Yahoo!
official and Hackety Org unofficial additions:

  $ wget http://plus.hackety.org/pkg.tar.gz
  $ cd pkg
  $ tar xzvf ../pkg.tar.gz
