t2tx - split XHTML pages created with txt2tags into multi-page "books"

Usage:
    t2tx docName.html [splitLevel [tocLevel]]
        docName.html    - to be converted into docName-0.html .. docName-n.html
        splitLevel      - deepest heading level to split into chapters
                          (default: 1)
        tocLevel        - how many levels of subchapters to include in TOC
                          (default: 1; 0 means all)

Notes:
    * Input files must have an extension .html and be created with txt2tags 2.5
      using options -t xhtml and --css-sugar.
    * If you show subchapters in the TOC, then the anchors must already be
      present in the input file.

Installation:
    Copy t2tx.php into a directory on your PATH
    You must have php 5.3 installed
    Newer versions may be available from http://github.com/wolli/t2tx
