New features:

 - better key handling (requires libtermkey). It hopefully supports
   all key-modifier combinations.

 - focus by direction (focusdir) command.
 
 - multi-mode key bindings.

To compile the git version:

# libtermkey
git clone https://github.com/xinhaoyuan/libtermkey.git
cd libtermkey; ./configure && make && sudo make install
# dvtm
git clone https://github.com/xinhaoyuan/dvtm-mk.git
cd dvtm-mk; git submodule update --init; make && sudo make install
