In some preliminary testing, UILineBreakModeClip doesn't actually seem to behave as documented in UILabel. It in fact seems to behave like UILineBreakModeCharacterWrap (e.g. it just drops the last character instead of trying to partially render it). This should be fully investigated so we can behave the same way.

To be more specific, it behaves like UILineBreakModeCharacterWrap only on the last line of rendered text. For actual wrapping behavior, it uses word wrapping.

It doesn't play nice with right to left language (Persian/Farsi in my case). I did try to read the source to understand how it works and make it work with RTL, however there are many questions I have about the way it renders text. I would appreciate if I could have a 10-15 min chat with the developer(s) and ask the questions, then I might be able to fix the issues. Cheers, Ali
