Changing node12 to node16

You guys changed node12 to node16 on all actions.
This is in my humble opinion a breaking change.
Why did you deploy this to all recent versions instead of actually creating a new version, as of semantic versioning?

I know this should not be an issue for me, but unfortunately I am bound to using some older runners and the update process of those takes time and is out of my responsibility.

It feels very strange running the exact same pipelines from a week ago and getting these node version errors.
